Jêshë-êfè Dêtîkè (/ˈʤɘʃë/ /ˈɘfè/ [pretty] [spike]) is a temperate Town located in the Dlzironedu Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Jêshë-êfè Dêtîkè is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Jêshë-êfè Dêtîkè was founded by Glêv Trthèqteg̈, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Jêshë-êfè Dêtîkè has a yearly average temperature of 24°C (75°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 28°C (82°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 20°C (68°F). Jêshë-êfè Dêtîkè receives an average of 91 cm/y (35 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Jêshë-êfè Dêtîkè covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 5354 m (17565 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Jêshë-êfè Dêtîkè was founded durring the late 15th century in winter of the year 1382, by Glêv Trthèqteg̈. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.
Jêshë-êfè Dêtîkè was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Jêshë-êfè Dêtîkè is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.
Jêshë-êfè Dêtîkè is buildings are arranged arround a network of premissive worn bedrock streets which form a diamond shaped grid, where each diamond verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller diamond has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town rests behind a thick wall made from clay bricks. The wall has all of the proper fortifications and is well made. Unfortuantly the nature of clay brick leaves it quite vulnerable to siege equipment, though the thickness of the wall lends it simmilar resistnace to a thinner hardrock wall. The millitarily questionable fortifications has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.
Jêshë-êfè Dêtîkè is, in a word, disorder. People seem to be allowed to do as they please with little harmoney to anything. It feels less like a town, and more like a spot people just happened to place their homes. Yet there are small elements here and there which show the underlying structure of the community. It’s just so complex, organic, and flowing one can only understand what is a piece of the puzzle, but not what its neighbors are.
Civic Infrastructure
Jêshë-êfè Dêtîkè has an animal control department which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the control, impoundment, and disposition of animals.

Jêshë-êfè Dêtîkè has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Jêshë-êfè Dêtîkè's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Jêshë-êfè Dêtîkè possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. These lights provide nighttime illumination to most city streets.
Jêshë-êfè Dêtîkè has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Jêshë-êfè Dêtîkè has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
The locals have cut a deal with some unspeakable entity, trading some form of tribute (benign of horrific) in exchange for the being’s forbearance or assistance. Outsiders may be ignorant of the bargain, or they may know that the community is in thrall but be too fearful of its master to take action against them. The creature likely serves as a protector as well as a tyrant, so the locals may be content with the deal even if it doesn’t offer any further inducement or aid.
Jêshë-êfè Dêtîkè's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used makes use of a large oblong hall or building with double colonnades and a semicircular apse and symmetrical central-plan, resulting in buildings with a square central mass and four arms of equal length. Decorative features included domed rooves, arches, soaring spaces, and sumptuous decoration: marble columns and inlay, mosaics on the vaults, inlaid-stone pavements, and sometimes gold coffered ceilings.
In Jêshë-êfè Dêtîkè hail is always enormous, yet harmlessly plinks off people, creatures, and structures.
The Ice Elemental, Medium near Jêshë-êfè Dêtîkè are known to be a mutant strain of the creature.
Jêshë-êfè Dêtîkè's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in winter and involves ritual combat to channel Chronomancy energies of tier 1 via guttural bellowing.
